Terms and Conditions
Effective from May 2026
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and registrations on AiForAlle.nu. By completing a purchase or registration you accept these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices on AiForAlle.nu include Danish VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. Prices for international customers are shown in euros. We accept payment by: • Visa and Mastercard • MobilePay Payment is handled securely via Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. We never store your card details — we only receive the order confirmation.
3. Digital Products
3.1 Delivery Digital products (prompt packages, mini-guides and templates) are delivered immediately after completed payment. You get access directly in your profile on AiForAlle.nu and receive a confirmation email with a link. 3.2 Right of Withdrawal Under Danish consumer contract law the right of withdrawal for digital content lapses at the moment you have been given access to the product. However we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied write to hej@aiforalle.nu within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you without question.
4. Workshops
4.1 Registration and Payment Registration for a workshop is binding upon completed payment. You receive a confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams link immediately after registration. 4.2 Recording All workshops are recorded. The recording is available for 48 hours after the workshop and is automatically sent to registered participants. The recording may not be shared, redistributed or published without written permission from AiForAlle. 4.3 Cancellation by AiForAlle If a workshop is cancelled by us you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund or the option to move your registration to another date. 4.4 Non-attendance If you cannot attend on the day you will receive the recording within 24 hours. No refund is given for non-attendance but you are welcome to contact us at hej@aiforalle.nu.
5. Membership
5.1 Subscription Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically on a monthly basis. You accept automatic renewal when signing up for a membership. 5.2 Cancellation You can cancel your membership immediately via your profile on AiForAlle.nu. Your membership continues until the end of the paid period and then stops automatically. You will not be charged further. 5.3 Upgrade You can upgrade your membership at any time. Upon upgrading you pay the difference for the remaining part of the month. 5.4 Content AiForAlle reserves the right to adjust and update the membership content on an ongoing basis. We will always strive to improve and expand the content for the benefit of all members.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AiForAlle.nu — including texts, images, videos, prompt packages, guides and templates — is the property of AiForAlle and protected by copyright. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Purchase of a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the content. You may not resell, share or publish the content.
7. Limitation of Liability
AiForAlle strives to ensure all content is correct and up to date but cannot guarantee that the content is always error-free or complete. AiForAlle is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of content on AiForAlle.nu or the recommended AI tools. AiForAlle's total liability cannot exceed the amount you have paid for the relevant product or workshop.
8. Privacy Policy
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Danish data protection law. We only collect and process the information necessary to deliver our services. Your information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us at hej@aiforalle.nu. 9. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If we cannot reach agreement the case may be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board or the ordinary Danish courts. As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
